1. Ezine/newsletter publishers are invited to submit their publications to the EzineHub directory. Submissions are free and new additions to our database are indexed throughout the day, roughly every 3 hours. This means that your newsletter details will be viewable and searchable by visitors the same day they are submitted.

2. Visitors to EzineHub can easily subscribe to any newsletter simply by clicking on the Mailto links below a newsletter's description. EzineHub does not charge publishers for subscribers received from the EzineHub site. A visitor who subscribes to a newsletter is immediately added to that ezine's mailing list provided that the publisher submitted a valid "subscribe to" address.

3. It is the publisher's responsibility to confirm subscriptions received from EzineHub.

4. Publishers are encouraged to fully and accurately fill in all submission fields when adding their ezine. This is especially true if an ezine is advertiser supported. The more detail that Ezine sponsors have available to them when searching the EzineHub database, the more likely it is that they will purchase ad space in your ezine.

5. Details regarding a newsletter may be changed or modified at any time by logging onto our Edit Submission page. It is the publisher's responsibility to keep the information about their newsletter updated.

6. Other than EzineHub staff, only advertisers who are seriously interested (translate this as willing to pay for the information) in newsletter advertising, will be able to access database details for ad rates, list size, contact details, etc.

If for some reason, you do not want advertisers to have this information, Do Not submit your newsletter to this directory.

Visitors to EzineHub

1. Clicking on any newsletter category link on the EzineHub homepage will result in a dynamic real-time search of our database for that category. For example, clicking on the category link "Webmasters" will bring up all newsletters submitted to date within that category.

2. Use the search box at the top of any EzineHub page for more wide ranging search results. For example, a keyword search using the word "webmasters" will bring up search results showing any newsletter that has the word "webmasters" within it's title, description or the keywords submitted by the ezine publisher.

Searching keyword phrases of two or more words will, by default, result in a proximity search. This means that the keywords selected must appear within 20 words of each other in an ezine's description or title for that ezine to appear in the search results.

3. Newsletters that appear on a search results page will have from zero to three text links below the newsletter's description, depending on the information provided by the ezine owner at the time of submission. Ezines with a special signup page and that are published in both text and HTML versions would have 3 links shown below the ezine description in the search results:

Subscribe URL : A web page on the ezine publisher's site where you can go to obtain more information on a newsletter and to signup directly.

Text List Subscribe : Clicking on this link will subscribe you to the text version of the listed ezine.

HTML List Subscribe : Clicking on this link will subscribe you to the HTML version of the listed ezine.
